What kind of company is your company?

Windora Materials LLC is a modern mining enterprise located in Kuandian, Liaoning, China, specializing in the mining, advanced processing, and sales of non‑metallic minerals such as brucite and wollastonite. The company’s main products include magnesium hydroxide flame retardant (MDH), wollastonite (WOL), talc (TAL), and aluminum hydroxide (ATH) series, which are widely used in PE/PP/PVC, cable compounds, architectural plastics, new‑energy cables (photovoltaic/wind power/energy storage), and environmental protection applications.

What is your company’s production capacity and quality system like?

The company has established a specialized brucite and wollastonite powder processing facility that went into operation in 2012, with an annual processing capacity of 120,000 tons. The powder processing employs a dual-system configuration featuring both air jet mills and ring roller mills. These two systems can operate independently to meet diverse order requirements, or they can work in coordination to create a complete processing flow—from coarse crushing to ultrafine grinding—jointly ensuring stable production capacity and controllable product quality.

Can I visit your factory?

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We offer flexible collaboration models for clients of all sizes. For standard products, we have reasonable MOQs. For new customers or sample orders, we also provide competitive MOQ policies. Please consult our sales representatives for details.

What are the payment methods and delivery times?

We accept multiple payment methods, including T/T (telegraphic transfer), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. The delivery time depends on the order quantity and product type; typically, production is completed and shipment arranged within 30 days after receipt of the deposit.

Do you provide samples? How are samples charged?

We encourage customers to test samples before placing bulk orders. Samples are subject to a fee, but if you place a bulk order afterward, the sample cost can be deducted from your invoice. Please contact us for specific sample information.

How are your goods transported?

We maintain long-term partnerships with several internationally renowned logistics companies for both ocean and air freight forwarding. We can provide the most cost‑effective and fastest shipping solutions based on your specific needs, and assist you in handling customs clearance documents.

What should you do if there are quality issues with a product?

We are fully confident in the quality of our products and offer comprehensive quality assurance. In the rare event that you suspect a quality issue with the product you received, please stop using it immediately and contact our customer service or sales representative as soon as possible. We will then provide an appropriate solution based on the specific circumstances.
