The synergistic advantages of Windora Materials LLC’ dual-milling system are not only evident in its production capacity but also lie in the precise, closed-loop control of its entire process chain. The air jet mill utilizes high‑speed airflow to achieve supersonic particle collisions for efficient primary grinding, capable of producing particles ranging from 5 to 50 μm in size. Meanwhile, the ring roller mill employs the relative motion between grinding rollers and grinding rings to deliver deep grinding down to particle sizes as small as 1–10 μm. These two systems are seamlessly integrated through an intelligent control system that automatically diverts raw materials and dynamically adjusts process parameters. This tiered processing approach not only preserves the integrity of the crystal structure in non‑metallic minerals such as brucite and wollastonite, but also leverages multi‑stage screening and air classification technologies to boost product purity to over 99.5%, meeting the stringent material performance requirements of high‑end applications like separator membranes for new energy batteries and 5G communication substrates. To date, the company has constructed a 20,000‑square‑meter smart production facility equipped with 20 sets of co‑ordinated dual‑mill production lines.
